The Jaguars had a very good run in the mid 2000s but this year was when it all started going downhill. Two of their starting guards were injured on opening day and missed the rest of the season, their starting center was out 8 weeks, one of their free agent replacements got hurt in pregame warmups and never took a snap, but the worst case was tackle Richard Collier, who suffered 14 gunshot wounds before the season began and was left paralyzed from the waist down with his leg amputated. The shooter was found guilty of attempted murder in a revenge attempt of an old grievance and sentenced to life in prison.

Good gosh, 135 total yds on the ground to your 7, yeah that's what Maurice Jones Drew used to be able to do to teams, they nailed his AI perfectly. The guy was a freakin monster in the running game. I hate that this happened but Jacksonville was indeed a team to beat back in this era, they were like the Eagles of today.
