God Bless the both of you, each in your own lane. Shemane, I'm 72, have MS & heart problems so I can't afford to eat healthy. Healthy = high dollar. Folks, why does it have to cost so much to be healthy? Balance of Nature...gotta take 3 caps a day of the two, equals $180 a month. WTF? Folks on low/fixed income can't be healthy. Foods we want we can't afford. I used to eat bison. $8-9 a pound now, nope, no more. Not bitchin', just sayin'.
