They brought him in for two reasons. Jamo and Hendon isn't ready. Lions may be a little concerned with Jamo and haven't been able to find the right person to get through to him. Also, Lions are solely banking on offense from here on out. Hendon isn't ready and might never be. Bring in Teddy just in case an injury occurs to Goff, that way you still have a great shot to win a game. Good chess move by the Lions, even though it doesn't look like much.
