Great video! I used to wear larger watches, some of my G-Shocks are pretty much portable clock towers. I also have one 44mm diver, which I still occasionally wear when I'm in the right mood for it. The largest watch I wear often is my Orient Mako, which comes in at 41.8mm. But I now lean heavily towards much smaller watches, 35mm, 34mm, and I even have a rectangular vintage Omega DeVille that comes in at just 32mm that I wear a lot! Looking at the wrist shots in this video, these fit is so much nicer than the usual fit that people get with 40+ mm watches generally. I've been looking at other of your videos with larger watches and to me the contrast is stark, to my eyes this smaller watches just fit better on these wrists. I hope the trend continues. As someone who started his watch journey with original Swatches, these smaller watch sizes feel like home to me.

Excellent episode covering dive watches for small to medium size wrists. I have the BP Fifty Fathoms 38mm in blue. And I must say it’s one of my favourite watches in my collection. But an FYI to all, it doesn’t hack. So might take some getting use to when setting the time. The Elka and the Aquastar sparked my interest mainly because of the movement and size. What prevents me from considering a Grand Seiko is that most if not all their watches have baton hour markers. Would love to have them revive the Arabic numeral model they had a few years back in a spring drive reincarnation and /or produce more rounded hour markers. Dial designs are excellent though. With Tudor, still waiting for more dial colours of their METAS watches in GMT, dive form at 37 to 40mm. Just purchased a Tissot Seastar WNBA Wilson watch at 40mm.
