This was an actual song sang by the soldiers before, during, and after battle and the families at home sang it in hopes to give their loved ones fighting strength and in hopes they’d return home. Many did not. The footage in the video is actual war footage of the KLA mid-battle fighting the Serbian killers. Man I cried from the beginning to the end. I was 7 years old when me and my family was captured by serbian forces. I can’t describe what is feeled like. Before that We always was on the mountain all the war long, in the middle of gunfightin in Qiqavica. Bro the feelings ,emotion, fears and all of that of no one can know what its like and it cant be described. All the war movies you have watched its nothing to that. I am kosovan and my boyfriend is british, he is an ex-RAF Regiment veteran who volunteered in Croatia, Bosnia and Kosovo, he basically trained the most specialised kosovo albanian forces "DELTA" 138 Agim Ramadani Brigade in Koshare, Kosovo. It shook the serbian full heavy armed forces to the core by causing them the most traumatic loss of a battle ever, all that by our fighting soldiers with nothing but their own bodies and simple munition over their shoulder but with a great spirit of freedom fighters. @Tzoa ForReal Your numbers just prove that Albanians fought harder for their freedom than Serbians fought to take it away? If Serbia were clean, why would they actively block Kosovo from becoming a recognised country? Serbia are currently, as we speak, using gas and electricity resources as a weapon against Kosovo by withholding power. I think even based on the current economic climate I would bet that Serbia are more money and power hungry than Albania (Which includes Kosovo), so imagine what Serbia were like back then! Many Serbians did not want to fight in the war, but they were forced to out of blind allegiance to men that didn’t care if they were dead or not - that is why you lost so many Serbs. You know when i hear this song it really gives me goosebumps , i was only 16 when i was in UÇK (KLA) , let me tell u a moment from my time , we was helping a village than we was ambushed from serbs , a lot of on our side was dying one of my comrades start singing this song in that intense situation it really give us strength , we really fight for our freedom so thank you for your support🙌🏻🇦🇱🇽🇰

The song is from war son is the footage. I am half Albanian half American, my mom and uncle fought in the war too on KLA side. My uncle was killed there. Actually my mom is on these footage too.
