This video unlocked so many bizarre childhood memories for me... like when i was a kid with my dad at the store and he refused to buy me twinkies, and when i asked why he said "because when you try them you'll have to finish the whole box." And what he probably meant by that was I was a little piggy with zero self control and I'd eat them all and get myself sick... But what my kid brain heard was that it was straight-up illegal to open a box of twinkies and not eat the whole thing, or else the police would know you didnt finish your box of twinkies and they'd come to your house and arrest you. So yeah, i've never once eaten a twinkie because of this. It hasnt ever occured to me how weird/wrong this assumption was until now.
