In her Talk at TEDxPortsmouth she shares the concept that there are no longer any "jobs" there are only "projects" and that instead of serial full-time employment we consider developing portfolio careers that give us a variety of opportunities to do the work we love.

The title is misleading . May be “creating your perfect job” would be a better fit
