Notably, Sneha is an acknowledged expert in workplace safety laws, particularly the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013. She serves as a government-appointed resource person and has successfully trained over 18,000 employees across diverse sectors, contributing to a safer and more gender-neutral workplace. She is also a global advisory council of Media and Arts Wing in Global 100 women. She is also the founding member of Feeling Minds Men mental health forum.
