She serves as a government-appointed resource person and has successfully trained over 18,000 employees across diverse sectors, contributing to a safer and more gender-neutral workplace. She is also a global advisory council of Media and Arts Wing in Global 100 women. She is also the founding member of Feeling Minds Men mental health forum. She creates awareness for the suicide prevention. Her overarching aim is to advocate for equity in all spheres. She believes equity requires empathy, mutual respect, acknowledgment and accountability towards each other.
