Not far from the western-centric perspective. Whilst is very challenging for an African standpoint, its a new culture that can gradually penetrate in the DNA of our people. It will be easier to embrace Ubuntu if we integrate this new demanding approach into our financial management which requires discipline. I love the presentation. Thought provoking.
