construction quality on papers. in reality they are struggling to install a proper lifts in towers . I am talking about T Homes in siddharth vihar. The structure of the building is that bad lift company Toshiba suggest to reduse the size of lift

I have bought apartment in 3 projects of T&T and have seen more than 70% appreciation in all projects in last 3 years . Those who want to use builder to provide them free service without common charges are now trying to defame .

log appreciation ka kya krenge jab unhone rehne k liye liya hai ? yaha paise sabhi de rahe hai. par basic facility bhi nhi mil rahi. or club house band rehta hai. gym na abhi tak diya na de payega Kyuki isne promise hi jhoota kiya tha ki har tower pr gym dega jiska kaam abhi tak start bhi Nhi kia.

i am a resident. he is same as other small builder. fake promises. 3rd grade facility service. because illegal construction unable to provide gym at the top of every tower as promised. i am paying more than 4k for maintenance but the services i am getting is verymuch limited.

Ek society bhi nhi bnayi is bnde ne abhi, first project aadha chodh k bhaag gya h or yha gyaan de rha h. Beware of this cheater builder, makes false promises but delivers nothing. Will promise you your dream home but trust me a nightmare would be delivered to you instead! - a victim of this cheater' first project (and hopefully last)

I am also a resident there , some are saying bad words because they want all services for free . I bought my apartment at 4600 psf now I am getting offer at 9000 psf . If your words are so true , why is it having the most re sale value in entire neighborhood. You are of those 15 people who do not want to give maintenance charges and want to get benefits from builder and want facilities for which we are paying maintenance charges for .

resident sounds like inverters. have you got clubhouse functional? gym ? occupancy certificate? completion certificate? fir NOC?

If you are resident, you can’t talk like this. What services you are getting even after 2years handover. Residents are still awaiting basic amenities lift, gym on daily basis. Appreciation of whole area due to real estate boom in whole Siddharthvihar not only this builder. Please don’t promote scamsters like this builder. They have no value and ethics in business. On ground this builder is scam and talking high values and tech in talks.

⁠​⁠​⁠@@mydeveloper1908club house yes , fire NOC Yes , for OC I myself went to RERA personally to check deemed status project has OC as per apartment act , if needed you can check yourself, GYM I went to check today only , it’s already there. Now pls check how many of residents will go to gym when it’s there who are talking about it . I don’t want to sound like an advocate of developer but I don’t like when you guys forget that in attempt to defame builder , you are defaming your own society.
