Lauren, I loved listening to your Ted Talk. You made me laugh out loud (if I ever hear the word pivot again) and tear up and remember all the things your brought so many all over the world. I never thought of social media as bring in its infancy, what an opportunity we have to be more vulnerable and empathetic with others on social media.
