I completely agree with you! Kindness truly has no boundaries, whether it’s towards humans or animals. It’s amazing how small acts of kindness can make a big impact on others, and I think animals often experience a lot of the same emotions as humans do. Have you ever experienced a moment where an animal’s kindness or gentleness surprised you? How do you think we can cultivate more empathy towards animals in our daily lives?

This past week I stopped after coming across these types of "kindness" videos, and they all inspired me to be kinder myself as a conscious daily action. So I set out to tell people that I work with some genuinely deserved praise....the look of their face was priceless to see someone recognizing their good nature, talents and humility. It set me on a journey do this as much as possible to as many people as possible daily! Kindness, lets spread it on!

I truly believe that kindness has an immense power to transform lives. Orly Wahba's message really resonates with me, especially the idea that we rise by lifting others. Have you ever experienced a moment where a simple act of kindness changed your perspective or even your day? It's amazing how the smallest gestures can create a ripple effect. How do you think we can cultivate kindness in a world that sometimes feels so chaotic?

I can relate When I met my ex she had nothing I sold my small home to buy a nicer homes with her Years later she told me she wasn’t happy and wanted out of our marriage I couldn’t afford to buy her out So now at 61 I’m living with my mom and after she got her work comp settlement she bought a nice home and I lost everything But it’s given me empathy for others so when I see the homeless I give them jackets and food and I’ve worked with Kiwanis to help the homeless I’ve forgiven her not for her but for me My whole story has made me realize I get more from helping other people than owning a home

Thanks for the post. 3 yrs ago my #3 of 4 sons came in our room one Monday Early AM, having narrowly missed a successful suicide attempt. He laid in the fetal position sobbing for hours upon hours, following us from room to room, day after day. So at 3am I move downstairs to my office and spent the next roughly 72 hours straight entrenched on the internet educating myself on our new world; Troubled Teens. God was faithful and led us to a world-class teen patient advocate. She was a psychologist, educational consultant, and legal advisor. One of her many critical support roles which was tracking around 50-75 Intervention Programs and knowing the absolute finest program for our specific set of challenges. By Thursday 3 days later, we were putting him in the programs van in Salt Lake City where he would stay, camping and packing Utah’s wilderness, living in a tent winter for well over 2 mos. Then he needs more intensive work and spent 2 1/2 years at Troubled Teen Boarding School in Missouri. Where he began cutting himself, roughly 150-200 scars on each arm and shoulder and back. Causing 4 trips to Trauma Center and also making 4 attempts at taking his life. He entered a re-entry program in SLC giving essential skills for living. He then found cooking while working in the kitchen of a nice Steakhouse, his final last step. Finding your life’s passion and pursue it undaunted. He went to Culinary School for 9-mos and has a trade. He moved back last December to Virginia with his Mom, my ex. My only dream in life was for a wife and kids, and support them thru an honest Career as a Project Manager in the Construction Industry specializing on bleeding edge, large-scale Landscape, then large-scale AV Systems. Then, about 2 years in, my then wife left us to move back to where she grew up. And in many ways caused a riff in my other sons relationship with me. I fell into a depression, deeper and deeper as I slept in hotels and b&bs. Last fall I had lost any control of my depression and Anxiety. I began ECT during the holidays and have since made great strides. Now, l like you, have found an even more empathetic me with a warmth for others I’d lost at a young age. Life will come back around. This circumstance really sent me in a Dow

This is the one thing that could save the world. It is truly the single most important change we could make. I’ve always said, “we have the ability to make life great for everyone but we choose not to”. I wish this idea could go viral because it could literally save the world if everyone took it to heart.

I think she differs so much from others. She is so genuine, everything she says really makes an impact. It's so pleasant to listen to her, probably partly due to her amazing soft/sweet voice. I'm obviously wishing to be able to speak like her one day. Also, does anyone know where exactly she is from? Yes, American of course.. but which state? To me she sounds slightly different than a 'normal' American speaker. I'm not from the USA so I have no idea about American dialects and accents.. I'd fairly appreciate hearing an explanation (: And one last thing I'd like to say, I hope you all have a bomb ass day ! Share kindness :)

By allowing our wrong actions or the wrong actions of others (life) to badly affect us God gives all of us the opportunity to bring relief to others or ourselves by displaying acts of kindness ... ... ... expressions of His love. When asked why a man had been born blind, Jesus replied that it was in order for the glory of God to become manifest. This glory became partly manifest every time others treated the man kindly. It became even more manifest when Jesus was able to use God’s power to kindly cure him of his blindness.

That You Know... How More THAN WORDS ARE NEEDED... TO EXPRESS IT, TO SAY IT, Felt And Know... Tell What it is to you .. when i express And Give this This ... My love For you.... Holding nothing back.... I Still Have Love i Have All The Love You Given To Me..
