I'd say a world where we could remove all unnecessary traumas as parents guardians and peers. Then I think we'd see all sorts of benefits with one of them being no more unhealthy levels of procrastination
@SAY1MY1NAME1Ай бұрын
I'm not sure if it would be for this to happen or a byproduct but I think we need a big culture shift in terms of western winning and success culture and capitalist/financial based value system because it doesn't promote time to teach and learn each child as an individual but rather traumatically forces them into cookie cutter shapes which they might not quite fit but it forces them to put on a mask and go do the world proud without any regard for them and who they are. Most of us seem to only be figuring out who we are closer to 40...

This is was a great talk and I am saving this so I can use the strategy later. I’ve recently adopted a policy of doing the thing I want to do the least, first in the day and that is working greatly so far. I am also trying to respect my mood to some degree by doing the physical tasks when I feel strong and the mental tasks when I feel most alert and creative. I’m a work in progress but your calming exercise will be used regularly for sure. Thank you

I feel like I’m wasting my time all my life and that there’s always someone better than me that I’ll never be so why should I bother to even try ? Maybe that’s my tinyT?? I hope one day I’ll make it out of this prison I’ve put myself in
