Such an amazing talk, and so true. I have been working as a Property Developer for the last 4 years, and I have been faced with so many challenges being a woman in such a masculine industry. I have helped my circle achieve an amazing ROI, and decided I wanted to open up my doors to new investors to help them achieve financial gain too. Disagree that most women "try to be like men" in business. Many female entrepreneurs ARE naturally more masculine. It's just that corresponding approaches are not suited to all business models, not to mention that many men will either actively (good 'ol boys) or unwittingly (comfort zones) block women from getting into their circles, and hence from having the same opportunities for success.
