I feel so relatable to your story. I want a lot of things and that keeps me trying so hard. And I achieved what I want, I made more money compared to my peer friends’ earn. In return, my mental and physical health is suffering. And I dont feel happy. Every day I have to fight with my pains. I have to say I am still striving for healing it. However, I dont push myself too much like before. My state is my priority now. I watched the speech of Bethany Butzer and I have learned about upstream and downstream effort which changed my mindset. I hope my health gets better and I could feel contented more.

I see myself in her story, i always try to work hard , always push myself to the best version. This makes me stuck in thought that: oh, not enough? you have to try more and more. But it's not always right. Sometime, you'd better take it slow and feel every single thing around your life. Probably you live so promptly that you may miss some important things in your life which make you regret forever. Don't be so hard on yourself. If you're tired, just take a break, feel a little thing and cherish every moment.

This speech is, indeed, very encouraging and inspiring. It makes us contemplate our definition of enough. Is it enough? is the question that everyone has asked themselves at least once in their lifetime. She gave us different outlooks so that we can find the answer ourselves. What's more. She has instilled something very empowering defying description into the listeners. Also, she conveyed the message of turning yourself back sometimes to see what you truly have. Absolutely brilliant and I admire not only her talents but also her mindset. Congratulations!

to be honest, I used to hate her because of the moment that I'd seen her in a singing contest in my university 6 years ago. At that time, she was just like holding all the spotlight on the stage even though the performance was for all the team. But now, she looks so gorgeous and smart. The speech is really motivated and inspired. Respect you!

I've followed you some recent years and frankly, I always envy your abilities. I used to think that nothing can make you unsatisfied about, but the incident last year, the song "khi em lon" and your story today have changed my mind. Eventually, you're brave to talk about your deficiency as a normal human. I mean you don't strive to polish the name by hiddening it, which makes me feel more repesct and proud of you. Hope you will be stronger, keep your passion and feel "really enough" soon ❤️

"Probably, enough will never be enough". Indeed, our requesting nature to succeed undoubtedly can boost us to seek out new and to overcome hurdles. Day by day we forget to value our loved ones. We have left our cozy house with a treasured childish childhood. We should confine ourselves to working and aim at more than working-family balance. Let's live as if tomorrow is the last day. Each individual has their own definition of the word "enough" that reflects our ambitions and personalities. The answers are different from whoever I ask: a boy would say being pretty is enough for a girlfriend, but a girl would say being rich is enough for a boyfriend. And so on. They each set their own criteria. To sum up, enough is just right: the right moments, the right person, the right profession, or even the right era.

Thank you for your wonderful speech! I feel many experiences the same as you, like i must work harder and harder everyday, but i always feel i am not enough. As you said, don't fall victim to the peer pressure, and it's never too soon to sit back sometimes and relax, and when i am tired, just to take a break, to take a slow. More importantly, i am supposed to be the one to decide what is enough for me! Finally, thank you so much for your speech!

After watching your speech 💭 I feel so motivated that I have to try harder to fulfill myself to the best version. Before I used to think that " maybe it's okay I can linger this process, I'm already good enough why I have to try more than my ability now" Oh goodness this is a silly thought 🙄. You know how you are delaying, more people are keeping ahead to seeing a victory ✌️. If You keep being delayed, others just see it as a great opportunity for them to improve themselves tougher to achieve success. No matter how you are now, it's never enough.

Thank you for the great sharing.

I have listened to your speech 3 times after and after. Your speech is so inspiring, your English made me get whole your speech. I encountered this problem as you used to, but I'm not a real nerd 🤓. I just always want and try to be more perfect as my model, my peer. All the time, it makes me uncomfortable, but I want more and more. Thank you for your answer about the question pondered at first. Never enough for the word " enough ". Thank you so much, please release more music products so that I can enjoy more masterpieces from you - talented, perfect embodiment

I was so moved watching her telling her own story. I used to be in that situation too, I was trying my best to pass the IELTs exam but that was not what I wanted and to be honest, I dont want to learn finance and studying foreign language. Actually I liked studying english and found it very helpfull and interesting but that was after I was up to my ears with deadlines and homework. I still have my goals, my motivations but I dont want to strives to achieve that goals. All I mean is that I need time to set back and relax and like she said, it is not too late to strive for success and too sone to relax and take a break.

You'd think that's me. Lol. I'm quite the opposite. I never thought about writing, or singing, or composing songs before. All I did in my childhood was reading comic books. I wrote diaries occasionally. Joining basketball club in junior high school, high school, and fresh year in university. Mountain climbing in high school. I love playing volley ball and swimming, and table tennis. I enjoy billiard just enough with my friends in Senzala Malang. And of course capoeira. I just started writing in my 30s. I don't really wanna be a famous singer or writer. I just love composing songs and writing meaningful stories. I just wish my songs and writings are useful for the life of as many people as possible. I live a simple and happy life. Not so ambitious like you guys. Gue mah santuy, coy!

Nashwa, my blue brain got enough fuel in my childhood. Those comic books and Japanese manga did it. And writing diaries gave a great base for developing my writing later on. So all I needed was a little nugde on my head, then I started blogging, writing facebook notes, Instagram captions of poems, stories, and all sorts of random writings.
@wulynne

Yes, Nashwa, diaries. My writing lecturer used to say: self expression is the first phase of writing. Literary writing is the last phase. There are several phases in between. So, you know you still find your writing lacking something, right? Try training your self expression first. How to fluently express yourself, what you think of, what you feel, are important. If you can't express yourself, then how are gonne be able to make your readers understand what you're saying at all?
