I wonder what kind of freedom emerges from releasing the need of "the world remember me" thing... is it not just a mind`s need for outsourced validation ?... Does it really matter? Looking at some amazing artist`s life like Marylin Monroe, Robin Williams, etc... they made millions happy with their art.. their contribution to the world , been loved by the crowd , yet, they died so miserably alone, unhappy... does it really matter if the world rememebers us or not?

& also PHOTOS or PICTURES can't replace it either... The experience cannot be replaced with anything of that certainly. Pictures, devices, social media an so on limit us all as well, life cannot be truly live through them. Life is passing by... So while we do make photos or make some selfies the experience of the moment gets lost for good. Life can't be lived either from books, photographs, movies or any second hand knowledge. Beautiful. Personal experience for many is key. It reminds me of Thomas in the new testament. He had to see the holes in Jesus' hands and feet to believe that he rose from the dead. I have witnessed many miracles in Our Father's creation. God bless us all. In Jesus' name. Amen.

The quote, "You were given this mountain to show others it can be moved." I came to the realization a year ago, the word mountain is simply a metaphor. Translation: You were given this mountain (yourself), to show others it can be moved (by learning and growing from your past while expanding your own consciousness through personal experience, interaction, connection, knowledge, leading by example and just being). The only mountain any one person has the power to move, is themself. I'm 56 years old, soon to be 57. This is something I wish I would had realized, understood, much sooner. Thank you for your lessons. I greatly appreciate them. ❤️ ~ APRIL LIPKE ~ APRIL LIPKE

A flower bloomed. I lived in temple for years. We are not body or mental states. Awareness IS Experience. Non-duality beyond time. Self in God. Flowers bloom and fade away. But we are formless in Formlessness, unconditioned. The experience of God dear friend. Excellence & sensitivity are transitory. But God is the Being of Excellence itself and never perishes. 🙏🙏 I bet you won't take me on a walk next time.

People search for technology with the hope of rediscovering something new. There’s nothing new under the sun. We are the most complicated and technological quantum computer’s running on various systems that work independently but together at the same time. All so that we can function and have a life to call life. It takes the body doing nothing and the mind doing something. That something is a different process for each one of us. There are LIGHT bearers in every era and Sifu you are ONE. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and wisdom that I’m sure has taken a lot mentally and physically to understand and teach.

Instead of the mindless, pointless, non-useful BS I had to endure at school, where bullies made life miserable and the sink-or-swim social survival trials take place amongst young people, I wish I had been taught this. I had to grow up not having a father and I believe I have missed out on the fundamental things that a father can teach his son. What has already been said, Master Shi Heng Yi says it from his own experience and with deep humbleness, delivering his message from his soul to the world... This video is beyond words. Thank you to all the people that made it possible to see it and learn from it.

Thankyou for sharing Master Shi Heng Yi, your words have resounded in my thoughts for the last 18 months and now I see I took the right path and made the right choices, I always have looked to the Martial way (Wing Chun helped me through a lot of the 5 Hindrances), for humble guidance is the purest form.

My heart cries in joy listening to his teachings. It is utterly amazing how my birth last name is Lin and I've always wanted to explore and learn more about the Shoalin ways of life since a teen. After serving the Marines, I e soon realized many things in life that made me live in a much more simpler way. I hope to get a chance to visit his temple someday.

Strikingly simple, yet profoundly deep insights on how to master ourselves and move from outer guidance to self-guidance. Challenge: leave the dry intellect of the mind and listen to the knowing feelings of the heart. ❤️ "May all of us be blessed with the greatness of life." Thank you, Master Shi Heng Yi. 🙏
