Great talk! I am trying to learn more. I would've liked an example or two with a short breakdown of how it's applied or how it works and looks practically to help me understand it a bit better. Like, how does that work for physical product ideas? Do you just have a description of it in a document that's put on blockchain or something? I understand it's useful and well secured, but I'm having trouble understanding how it works in practical interaction and experience. I can't picture what this looks like in actual application, so examples would've been great to help with that, I think. I'll read Kary's book soon. I just haven't had much time to do that yet. Maybe the answers I need are in there. But, overall, I'm glad he shared this overview of blockchain!

They used my name on the front cover of their workbooks and it felt violating. I had never had someone do that before and it was a tough experience to go through. I ended up reporting them to Amazon and one workbook was removed but the other still remains because they changed it slightly after the first one got removed. There is a lot of authors this has happened to and while I'm not alone, it was discouraging and violating to have someone use your story, the method you developed, and your name as their own.
