The Florida teen accused of fatally stabbing his mom in her sleep appeared in court Thursday for an evidentiary hearing. Thirteen-year-old Derek Rosa's defense and prosecutors discussed key components of the case, including whether the teen should stay in adult jail while awaiting trial. Rosa's interview with police the night he was arrested was played in court. The teen became visibly upset while reliving that night.
