These are a few things I do that helped me get skin without any acne and healthy all day. - Use a mild face cleanser that removes excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too. - Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise aids clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Avoid touching your face often because our hands are often full of germs that can cause acne when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation. - Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steaming, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.

Hi Hyram! I just wanted to say thank you!!! I am a 40-year-old mom of a 12-year-old daughter really struggling with acne. Yeah stuff like that goes away the older you get, just know some people at a particular age are just immature and super artificial and judgmental. You see it mostly in the younger generation. They'll grow out of it, with age comes wisdom. Some just lag behind with maturity and age. The older you get the less you'll see these types of people though. These kiddos are usually pretty easy to spot out, like the example you shared. Maybe someone won't talk to you because you have acne and it's not "cool". Just turn your back to those people and surround yourself with the ones who don't care, best advice I can give. I will say this, and this is the real truth if there ever was one... At the end of the day, you're going to end up feeling way more judged than you really are, which is very hard to recognize but it is the real truth. As a result, the more judged you feel, the more it'll show in the way you carry yourself and the more it'll start affecting your life and the ones around you, a trickle affect you might not even realize is happening. Just be aware of it. Your attitude and mindset will go along ways, believe me. Just surround yourself with positive people with positive attitudes and try your very best to not feel like you're being judged. It's definitely not easy but it's the best foundation for someone dealing with the battles of acne. Good luck

ツArdonitron the problem with amazon is a lot of the products they sell have been price gouged excessively, furthermore ive seen in reviews that people were receiving fake products from what seemed like the real brand (I.e receiving a fake The Ordinary Niacinamide serum even though it says the seller is The Ordinary) My husband bought a pair of raybans from amazon, from the amazons top picks page for almost $200 and received a fake pair, even though it said it was being sold by Ray-Bans. Considering the price gouging and how things could be fake, it’s much safer to just wait for things to go back in stock on the brands real website, Sephora, or Ulta, etc.

could you do a "the perfect routine for teens with acne" where you basically make a perfect routine for oily then combo then dry skin? sometimes its hard to know what acids can mix (vit c and niacinamide?!) and this would take away all the guesswork.. love u

I have actually heard that using vitamin c and niacinamide in the same routine can make them ineffective. I don't remember where I heard it though so I could be wrong. Just in case I only use niacinamide at night and my vit c in the morning

Hi! I wanna share my long acne journey with you guys, all your videos help me so much to not fall into a deep hole again bc of acne. My acne started when I was 15. I'm 21 now. I'm extremely sensitive when it comes to hormonal changes. I had to start the pill, but not the normal one, the one with only the gestagene hormone. It is common, that this pill could make existing acne worse, and it did. But I have a illness and am strictly forbidden to take both hormones. I struggled from mild acne to severe acne for soon over 6 years. And it changed me completely, not in the good way. I started to cancel plans, only wear heavy makeup. Holiday trips? Pool? Hell nahh. I restricted my whole life bc of my acne. Bc I was ashamed to show it. Everyone told me "you're young, it'll go away naturally.". And ofc for some people that may be the case but for me it wasn't. It kept getting worse. And I spent soo much money on expensive treatments, laser, every product I could find, high end to drugstore. I finally got professional help and it started to work, Tretinoin started to change my skin. But I had a 1 month trip and ran out of it, so I had to take a pause. And my skin EXPLODED. As soon as I didn't use it, all my acne came back. Even worse. Took me 5 months on Tretinoin to change my skin just for 3 weeks to destroy all that again. But I wanted a long term solution. Then I found this: The PanOxyl face wash (10% or 4% strength) together with the Neutrogena Stubborn Acne AM Treatment. Both Benzoyl Peroxide. This may work for some, and for others Salicylic Acid works better (for me it didn't, even after 6+ months of trying). Use a mild and very hydrating creme afterwords, I love the La roche cicaplast one. It's thicker so maybe more for the night time. At night I sometimes put the Cosrx blemish creme on some stubborn blemishes as a spot treatment. And be patient and watch your skin transform. But be aware that purging is probably going to happen no matter what you do. For me it was over 3-4 weeks of horror. Broke out so bad and pimples were so painful and now I'm clearing up day by day and see all my beautiful freckles again❤️ Caution: Let the Benzoyl Peroxide dry completely. Now u can put on your creme. The treatment should never mix with a other creme! It will burn the first weeks, you will notice redness and dryness but that is okey💕 I'll go away, stay persistent. And also, it will stain your bedsheets and everything that comes in contact with Benzoyl Peroxide, so watch out. Everyone is so special and perfect. Acne SHOULD NEVER have such an impact in someones life. Stay strong! I hope I could make someones life a little bit better ❤️
