Ty the taunt method blew my mind but I think theres a third easier method and its the way I had learned this combo If you buffer your dash input early (during the snake eyes anmiation for example) and hold the second forward of the dash a little longer than when bryan reaches the opponent after tornado, you can do a b2 and you won't get a jet upper. You don't have to do the awkward wait in neutral thing or the taunt. I can show it to you by uploading a clip on twitter if you want. I literally recorded an instance where my neutral was 1 frame and it still didn't give me jet upper

Thank you for your Bryan videos Ty. I'm not as good as most of you all here but your videos helped me take my game to the next level. My friend said if he didnt know me he wouldnt rematch me lol so i am definitely getting better and your videos are a big reason for that.

The taunt method blew my mind, have been doing dash up, sidestep cancel b2 for me was easier than the dash up delayed b2 method but I usually do the deep crouch dash ws3 instead Edit: spelling

do you think it’s worth to learn the 3x ws 3 combo after for example 3+4 i have been trying to learn it but it’s rly hard for me to get consistent with it

I think so. Just try and focus on the recovery of the qcf3 and learn to do them quick. The recovery on qcf3 is very quick so you have more time than you may think

That taunt implementation is SO MUCH extra work tbh, things been working fine with an early ff imput as you showed. It takes time getting used to the timing tho

I struggle with the execution to land qcf 34 b21 so the combo I’ve been using for this kind of wall carry is b24 dash 1 b24 dash heat b3f24 qcf 21 and that hits the wall from one side of the arena to the other about 105 damage with a wall ender.

For some reason I'll sometimes have problems with the qcf 21 ender after a heat burst and I don't know if its because I'm off axis or I did it too early/late or if I've done too many hits in a combo.

Too many hits will be the problem try minimising your hits by using hard hitting moves like b21f4,b24,qcf34 etc to maximise the damage with less hits

Does this only work when you start the combo with qcf 34 b21? I tried other routes and found either the combo would drop at various stages.

I have a problem landing the b21 after double knees. So in the combo JU > knees > b21f24, the b2 or the 1 usually drops 90% of the time. I dont know why this could be happening. Any tips?

Your qcf3,4 timing after JU is a little bit late that’s why u connect only b2 After hitting JU u can either dash qcf3,4 or hold qcf longer then 3,4 If you do the knees too early it will also not connect you will learn it eventually it’s like you’ll know that sweet spot Don’t worry about that even the highest teir bryan once in a while fucks up the combo so instead of b21 they dash jab and do b3f24 to adjust in the fly

It depends when you are hitting knees and at what range. You need to cut gap fastly and knees need to hit at height when it ,,keep character high" rather than saving it from falling. Turn on framedata: second knee need to show 25 or 26 (don't exacly remember) or up. Anything lower will drop.

This is one of the reasons Bryan is considered to have high execution, if you’re not connecting the b21 then your dash or qcf3 wasn’t quick enough. I personally use a different wall carry/ heat combo because I can’t land qcf 34 b21

The dash before qcf has to be as deep as possible, but not so deep that the character is too low to get hit by b2, 1 or too shallow that either the first or second hit whiffs. Try to line up the end of the dash with the airborne character's butt. If it hits there high enough, b2, 1 or b2, 4 is guarenteed to hit
