Great episode, as always. At some point, I'm sure Weilai will deliver its value-added ecosystem to U.S. shores despite specific dreaded provisions of the IRA, which incentivizes companies to forgo innovation resulting from fair competition. While this, unfortunately, means that owning an NIO and experiencing battery-swapping technology is on hold, it will undoubtedly be worth the wait.

The beauty of it all is that NIO doesn't need the Partnership.. They have done all of the heavy lifting already.. Monthly deliveries will improve all on their own.. 25k for August is coming IMO. ✅️

it carrys a dangerous combustable catl 811 LI battery which fits in all of Nio's evs. it has killed a lady in a highway collision fire this year driving es8, killed 4 men in a vw id4 fire at highway tollbooth collision, and an older tesla, all were equiped with the same LI battery, which is high density energy and unstable when broken into upon a collision. I will care for the nice seats when safety is addressed.

Get your facts straight. NIO doesn't use any NCM811 battery cells. No EVs could have survived in a 170kph crash.
