Earlier this year I was with an agency until it dried up. I understand exactly what you're saying. Meanwhile, the Lord Jesus blessed me with a fulltime permanent position. I stopped complaining about the agency not having assignments and started praying for an employment door to open. I love my new job! Consider a permanent position with benefits, if this is your desire.

Maybe the Lord has something better for you , have you asked him . Everything is spiritual, maybe you should ask God why and if he could provide for you , this happened to me when I was trying to promote from within turns out God didn't want me there anymore and had better plans , we lean on this world more than God you chasing hours when you should be chasing the father , hes trying to get your attention . Cry out to him , Amen something ain't right with the picture because it's not your picture to accept

Never touch your face with a rag...squeeky clean hands only...no rags ...rags carry germs you will always have bumps on your face, use disposable wipes, ot rags with gems in it that you cant see ❤

Maybe they lost some contracts or some people work the last 6 months of the year for taxes. I’ve saw both be an issue. It’s a thing. Smh

Are you aware that an employer have to buy you out of the agency if they want to hire you...so they use you as back up
