The same thing happened to me. I got some items two weeks ago. They had been opened and two items were broken. I dont blame temu i blame customs, because i understand the check your products but i worked for the airport 24years. When we checked items in customs they didn't care if they broke you items or luggage. Much love 💜

I too have had bad customer service from TEMU..they are denying my refund when I sent items back in original packaging...over $100... I'm fuming..as a senior .. that's a lot of money...I need some suggestions on what's next..I purchased these things with my TEMU credits and just want it back on my credits...help!!!
