first off, that speedpaint is so funky fresh, I love the attitude lol. Second, fast fashion makes me so angry! I see so many people in my school wearing shein outfits that arent gonna last and/or are stolen from small creators! It is ridiculous how these companies behave for the sake of money

I also keep getting ads from that app, its so annoying. Honestly, I view Temu as an annoying ad and not exactly necessary to have. But if people want that brand, they can go right ahead. For me? Temu is too much like Shein and I cannot stand it.

FINALLY. I see people be mad at shein because of its many problems (stealing designs, toxic clothing, and terrible pay) but they buy from Temu all the damn time. Almost everyone I know has it and the app itself has so many downloads that it’s concerning. It is the new shein and because it’s cheaper it has taken a huge grasp on the world. If it has a bunch of lead in its clothes (which I’m sure it does, it’s fast fashion) then that stuff could make people infertile and create other health problems. I got a link from my sister so I got 10 items and 6 were for free. The company texts me everyday and through out the day that I muted them and texted stop. After the trial you have to buy up to $10 worth of items in order to get the one item you actually wanted and I don't want to do that every time. Lots of clothing stores that I would've liked to go to in person are closing which could cause people to shop online. I still shop at walmart for pants. I agree that a low wage and high cost of living will make us run to cheap clothes.

I see so many Temu "reviews" here on KZbin that are just undisclosed sponsorships and it pisses me off so much! Half the fun of unboxing videos from sketch companies is the expectation vs reality moments (without having to waste my own money or support said sketchy companies) and when it's a secret sponsorship I can't trust it to show those honest ugly moments. And while I've bought from AliExpress, it's only been factory excess from toy companies and the same stuff you'd find on Amazon but more expensive. Not like I can afford sustainable clothes, but I can at least afford to shop in person.

My Temu package just came in before I started this video lol. I don’t shop at Shien I don’t want to support their unethical ways of treating their workers however I hope and don’t think/don’t know?? If Temu is the same way, I hope not but based off of my package……. they’re lack luster. Like their stuff is nice or whatever but two items I received looked like they were run through already….. one back was ripped opened and the other was SOOOO wrinkled…. soo yeah that’s strange
