The trait theory actually is slightly predictable ...if you examine the big 5 individuals high in openness to ideas and conscientiousness sprinkled with moderate to medium amounts of extraversion will have success if you put them in the right leadership situation.

@AbdullahMohammed If you didn't want a video that talks about Christianity, you would have gone for other videos rather than sticking around to watch a video from a channel name that clearly says "Christianity". I don't know why you guys always try to bring religion into everything. It's not like the teacher is forcing Christianity on anyone. He only sighted an obvious example. No one can deny the fact Jesus was a great leader. What other example would have explained the servant leadership theory better?
