Belnick6666 well I wouldn't go that far. There are still great bands out there that still perform with out lip sync. Most rock/metal bands don't use lip sync which is one of the things that makes concerts great. But if you were referring to pop and rap and shit than yeah they are all crap and they ALWAYS use lip sync.
