2015 Silverado Kooks Headers with Solo Storm Muffler Inside Cab Drive

This is a video of my 2015 Chevy Silverado RCSB 5.3L with a
3" Solo Performance Storm muffler and Kooks 1-3/4 long tube headers driving with the camera mounted inside the cab on the rear window by the passenger headrest.

Hey I have the same truck as you and I ordered some headers but I just realized that 2015 Silverado have 4 o2 sensors? One on the very top by manifolds and one right below the cat ? How would I make that work with the headers ?

@@5.3david17 the headers should come with a y-pipe that has the other two bungs welded in but if it doesn't, you just unplug them and delete them from the tune. You need a tune with headers and that should cover deleting the rear O2 sensors since they are simply there to monitor cat efficiency.

Matt Earle So when I install them I just leave those rear two un plugged ?

@@5.3david17 if there are no bungs yes. Just leave them out and zip tie the wiring up out of the way. You will need a tune though.
