Always nice to catch a tench or two! Not had one for a few years now - used to have a cracking club lake up the road from me that was full of them. It wasn't easy but get it right and it was great! You can't fish it now and it's been poached to death since lockdown 😔

was there today jon pleasure fishing took me a while to hit my first decent fish which was a F1. ended up with 4 Tench to about 4Lb and a small mirror carp and loads of perch, still no bream showing.
