Tennessee Grocery Outlet I didn't intend to spend much but found deals for entire family

Saving so much money at a discount grocery store. I always think of family and friends when shopping. You can buy what you need and a lot of times things you want at affordable prices. I still believe, buy what you can, while you can with what you have. Fight inflation any way you can

Enjoyed your video. Lots of good deals in that grocery outlet. I like how you check the expiration dates to make sure you are really getting a good deal for things that may take you awhile to eat through. I also love italian green beans, I wish they didn't cost so much more than the regular ones. However, I found that at my Food Lion, I can get their house brand for 99 cents. Every other store near me is around 2.49 a can. I love to put a little marinara sauce and romano/parmesan cheese on them for dinner, so yummy. I wish we had an outlet store like this near me. I've only ever seen a bakery outlet store here. I have noticed that a lot of times I see Progresso soups marked way down and then I I never can find the flavor again. I guess maybe they do that for flavors that they are discontinuing, not sure. Hope you are having a great week.

Thank you for the tip! Ohh, we had about two bakery outlets, but they've gone out of business. . . that hurt my heart. Nooo. . I know that feeling when you see a sale on something you want and everything BUT the kind you want is available. . . I know that feeling. One day you'll hit the jackpot : )

I buy similar jalapeños and I slice them up and remove all the seeds. If needed I add white vinegar. I save my Mayo plastic jars and store my sliced jalapeños .

Thank you for the tip! I only knew to freeze them if I don’t think I can eat them all before going bad. Does that just pickle them? I would love to reclaim some freezer space- even if just a little 😀

@@poorandposh8231 I know 0 on preserving anything. But it’s method I use and they will last in the refrigerator for months . Some store bought jalapeños cans have some oil on top I immediately spoon it out. I even wash and peel a carrot or two then slice them thin then boil the carrots for no more than 4 minutes I remove them from the boiling water and mix them in the jar of jalapeños. If you needed add white vinegar to the jar. The results are delicious just keep refrigerated. I had some yesterday with a homemade burger and air fryer hand slice Fries.

5 dozen eggs in my local Walmart in Delaware is $4.60 ! We are a tax free state as well! So if it's $1 it really is $1! We use eggs alot bc I do low carb & I do bake things for my kids & husband so we use then. You got some great deals! I always use Mint Tea or Peppermint Tea when I have had a surgery bc it helps w the pain from gas etc lol. Just an FYI 😂 the breaded Avocados you can put in the oven or air fryer & have Avocado fries/wedges in a sense..reg frozen or fresh Avocados are delicious in smoothies..they make your smoothies extra creamy & you won't taste it. Some ppl substitute Avocados for Milk. It's a great option that w a frozen banana and a bit of honey is so good..blueberries are even an option w the banana & avocado ❤

I would only say be mindful of 'Best Buy' dates on foodstuffs from an 'Outlet'. You need to know how much longer they can be 'stored' at home before you need to start using them.

if you haven't had fried avocado try it, it's super magical. i fry it and put it in a corn tortilla with pico de gallo and some cilantro and some pickled jalapeno. it's soooo good. and vegetarian.

I'm sorry,. I imagine everything is SOO much more expensive there. Logistically, we're alright for cost of production, transporting into our area, and the population isn't overwhelming. . . I feel badly for you guys who are just "stuck". Is it even a thing to be able to buy a half-cow there? While we feel the pinch, I couldn't imagine spending $6 - $8 on a lb of beef - Sorry I had to google that because I was curious. If Google is accurate, that is a LOT!

I love our outlet grocery store. So many ways to save money. I avoid Polar canned foods, it is produced in china. And TJfarms frozen veggies are often from china. The the fruits and veg from China seem lesser quality. Many "organic" frozen fruits and veg are also from China and I don't believe that they are truly organic. My family can eat a lot better with the discount prices

IKR! And ton's of other stuff. You can get almost anything there. And anytime I get to visit, I see the locals coming out with a loaf of bread and a little package of something. We have to really plan a deliberate trip. I'm not complaining, I just don't think they know how good they have it. The cost of living is SO much lower there too.
