I'm an old guy from Kentucky and I've listened to a LOT of country music in my life. This is right up at the top - smooth pleasant voice - not trying to push anything and the guitar is classic and a beautiful score. Well done - you have a new fan!

My Dad used to sing this song amongst other cowboy songs while shaving in the morning. He told me the same thing happened to him at a dance during his service in WWI. He would have been 103 today. I used to watch him shaving 70 yrs ago unbeknownst to him and still have the little black book where he recorded the old songs.i also just listened to Eric Shi and band where he sang Amarillo by morning! Absolutely beautiful and these songs were meant to be heard by me today! 🥰🧑🏻🦰🇨🇦

Loved your rendition of this song. I went to Tennessee many, many years ago. There was a band and they asked if anyone had a favorite they wanted to hear. I shouted out, Tennessee Waltz." They did, and I've never forgotten what a special night it wa for me. I had gone to many of the Civil War Monuments and cemeteries as well. Thank you for that.

He really captures the purity of the old country music in America. And Chinese men and women helped write this story. I'm an Oregon native and a folk and country music artist. My family has been here since the 1850's. None of it would be the magnificent land it is if not for our Chinese entrepreneurs and adventurers.
