Proper name for this is Cottage Pie using beef. Shepherd’s Pie is using lamb.😊 Good recipe .

I Collett shepherds pie too, but most everyone does I’ve never met anybody that actually makes it was lame even though that’s propper. I grew up in the Boston area and we actually call it Chinese pie. Made w beef,corn,taters…. Look up the story behind Chinese play it’s kind of interesting
