I just had my first break through experience... and let me tell you... DMT IS A FUCKING TRIP! After my 2nd hit, I felt like I was tripping balls on shrooms but hearing Mckenna talk about it, he always says do the third hit if possible, so I did. Once I took the hit, I laid down and I saw geometrical serpents appearing. More and more started to appear and then I felt like my mouth was opening wider and wider and wider until the point that my "soul" or what I believe is my soul got shot out of my mouth. At that point my body completely melted away and the patterns blew up into a portal of the most insane shapes. I asked the shapes who or what it was, and it replied back to me saying "i am cool" and I started laughing my ass off and told it that it WAS cool! and I then looked down to see if I could see my body and I had become part of the pattern and I started dancing around with "cool" and laughing uncontrollably and I then asked it "is this the afterlife?" It replied back saying "Does it even matter when it's this cool??" and I was so blown away that I started dancing even harder with it. When I finally started to come back I was in my chair dancing and laughing my ass off like I just heard the best punchline in a joke. Such a fucking amazing trip. All I felt was love and comfort and the weirdest sense of familiarity with this realm. If you are on the fence of trying this... just do it. Go at it with a curious mind and ask it questions without fear and I promise you'll have a kick ass time!

This discussion is still so relevant and ahead of its time, even today in 2022. This is definitely a top contender of McKenna's talks to share with newcomers to the psychedelic scene; specifically those interested in DMT, obviously. It has been a few years since I had heard this particular one, and I know it would be difficult to pinpoint it again, so thank you for uploading it here and now

After hearing the mushrooms speak telepathically and with authority, Terrence makes so much more sense. Mushrooms are here for a reason and you only discover that reason when you shut off all the external stimuli and take your dose. Show me actually works. Mush love.

a very interesting question and response here at 1:06:27. It seems superficially mundane but knowing how he went down adds a certain darkly intriguing aspect to it. Beyond that grim angle, it is still an interesting question, one of those simple normal questions that a guy like Terence can make very interesting.

I almost feel like the movement of the eyes is a sort of multidimensional training that teaches the dna through the hypnotic spiraling going inward and outward simulataneously and just letting your eyes go with it does something special. My dmt trips are usually awake and very interactive..like a communication with the other side of the veil, but it never really puts me under anymore unless theres a special performance or lesson they want to tell me or old friends that want to say hello. Otherwise its a waking interaction with the energies around me and a harmonization of spirit on the deepest level.

Be careful what you wish for or I'll never shut up! Lol. I had an amazong initiation trip that reminded me of the emerald tablets of Thoth. The biggest message i picked up on was to stop looking for something to worship. All the Godlike beings are too busy to be dealing with any worshipers anyway. They want people to wake up and start becoming detectives of reality. I forgot the name of the video but theres a new Egyptian pharaoh track that I had an amazing journey with. I wrote everything out right after i was done. The music video just came out like within the past month. Try to find that to get the raw details from that experience. One things for sure, i never see the little elf creatures, however, there are times when ill have the little dude cruising in front of me that doesnt seem to want me to look directly at him. I always get the feeling that hes flying in front of my visual field going, "dont look at me, no dont look at me" thats usually a sign that i dealing with a superficial trip. Last time it happened I shut the whole thing down and the poor little creature beings.. (whatever the ef) got so intimidated and then pure darkness dropped in all around me. I felt like, oh shit, now I've done it. I realized i didnt have any water nearby and had to walk to the kitchen with like 7 foot wide steps to balance myself, get water, and then get back at it to deal with the darkness and give my apology. Dont ever get afraid of the dark spirits, if you feel them, we humans are divine. We can put those dark ones in their place real quick. However, you gotta be careful not to just unload on anything that causes you a little hesitation. If you need to make a mistake though, scare away the dark ones until you can understand how to communicate with them. This is all just my opinion based on this crazy series of trips/meditations that I have had over the past two years or so. I am a big believer in the multidimensionality of our reality and there being a lot we can learn by going inside of the parts of our minds we purposefully ignore most times. You cant go off all half-cocked into a trip, though, it should become ritualized and coming from a place of balance and order of the mind. Sometimes it takes me an hour or two of listening to the right music/binaural beat tracks before i feel that I am ready to fully commit. Shits crazy. I recommend assuming I'm crazy until the individual has more understanding of the full capabilities of what you can get and what you want to get from the spice. So many people seem to use the stuff as a novelty or mere entertainment, but if you set an intention and purge fear from your mind (based on my experience) you can really start to expand your wisdom and understanding. That comment after the egyptian pharoah music track was pretty raw. I wrote it about 2 minutes after I came out of my initiation trip, and that one had some real good insights in it. Ancient egyptian musics - songs of the Pharoah. Thats the name of it..or damn close, at least. Theres been a few journeys that have really felt like they were communications on a much deeper level. Maybe ill write them all up sometime and publish on the internet somewhere. I still have so much to learn though, I am sure I am misunderstanding much but I feel like my intuition is pretty damn accurate. Once the idea of death loses the ability to intimidate the person, shit starts getting real on a whole new level. Treat it with respect because it might be nothing, or it could be everything. I know and study from people that are certain of both perspectives. So I always have that skepticism to keep me from getting fanatic but I still just listen and learn and then slowly digest everything that I pick up on. I dont know much for sure.. just what i have been shown. I, as a human ego, am the captain of a vessel that has to keep trillions and trillions of life forms safe happy and loved. I like that way of looking at life. It makes being cool seem much less important!
@iankenney6602
@iankenney6602 2 жыл бұрын
In fact, most of my trips are fully interactive rather than just getting laid out and watching, but I like to talk to what I see. I feel like that helps me to change my life in the directions that I feel driven to change in but dont have the egoic willpower to do it myself.
