With high cost of construction for bathroom and also water seepage is due to bathroom its advisable to have small sized bathroom.

Sir..I can understand your intension for privacy.. its good only ....but my view is different..... im a common man who is always curious to know the building construction and its quality.. ...im a self learner so i always show eager to know the building plan structure etc so i get more insights.. even in my current apartment i designed it by visiting 8 houses (with the owner consent) i always make sure privacy at first point sir.. Actually lot of people choose builder or go with architects plan... as per the engineer choice only the house will be built... but there are lot of practical difficulty so thats the reason i posted in this video and added my question to the builder just to make sure we can decide and do a better plan.. ..may be i think ur neighbours also visited your house as just as a curious person like me...you just chill.. lets share and help each other.. even i also strongly oppose misusers.... u can see the engineer explaining me the house plan in the last clip.... he does the same to attract his new customer.. .. hope u dont take me wrong and change your prospective...(adhunga idhunga word vendame sir)
