Yeah. I liked Salvation too. Perhaps our standards have been lowered by post-2015 movies!

Salvation still has the same problemsit had years ago, but at least it was trying to be a decent continuation/ prequel to the lore. But then again, after the high bar 1st 2 films set, it was always going to be impossible to meet the same standards.

@@NorthernEnglishBstard1988 I still got a soft spot for it. McG did it, as he did the good Charlie's Angels and he made Chuck. And I really like those. But I just discovered he did I Feel Pretty with Amy Sheumner, whatever her last name is, and she sucks! 😄

Terminator salvation is amazing I got it on DVD at least it doesn’t rehash the same formula like the rest like dark fate , rise of the machines even tho I like that film and genysis

Not sure about the protagonist, too many empowered women I will pass. Curiously how I find Vivy's fluorite eyes song protagonist a better character and something I actually recomend, good review tho. Action seems neat, character design looks cool also but yeah plot is kinda dumb.

@dontbothertoreply9755 I did find Misaki compelling. She was better rounded character than Eiko, who came off flat. But hopefully, S2 improves in the parts that bogged it down, as they were plenty to suggest there's potential.

I'd be surprised if a 3rd gets commissioned, but I really S2 evolves Eiko a bit, and develops her, aswell the rest of the characters.

Yeah, a lot my Ytube friends convinced me to give it another go. I still have my complaints as mentioned in the video, but it has grown on me. I still think Eiko could've been written better, but I did like Misaki and her relationship with Malcolms Kids, especially when the whole world was burning around them. And I'm really hoping S2 improves on it, as they're is potential for this to be good.
