I was inspired after watching one of your other terrarium builds to modify and repurpose my 10 gallon aquarium, which I've kept since it housed a banded gecko and later (unsuccessfully) housed turtles during my childhood. I did tons of research between then and now, and I've finally become super motivated to complete a creative bioactive paludarium project for myself before college starts up again in about a week. I wish I'd seen THIS video as well before I got into the glass cutting portion for the glass ceiling, front (hinge) door and water reservoir panels! I was nervous about the effectiveness of my cuts, so I went nuts and scored over the lines so many times! It took the destruction of a full 24" x 36" glass sheet to learn that I should NOT score more than twice. Well, I'll just say that was an expensive self-taught glass cutting class, which I could have skipped if I'd heard your line about not scoring the glass more than twice sooner! Oh well! Now I'm a pro! xD Thanks so much for sharing all the information you provide throughout your videos! I'm looking forward to getting to the hardscape portion of my project after adhering the glass panels, and if this project goes well, I plan on creating a 3" x 9" vertical enclosed terrarium with the leftover glass as a gift for my mom, who's been particularly supportive of my return to school.
