As a school bus driver let me say, that test is crazy hard but if she failed the ROAD test, that means she can’t drive not that she didn’t learn the book part. You are responsible for learning parts of the bus that you will never see unless you become a mechanic. You do it. Also, the cdl manual that is given to you by the state you live in gives you all the information you need to pass the test. 🤷♀️

The boys and some girls on that school bus must really like you based on your profile picture.
@TheMamaPowell3 жыл бұрын
@@louren8545 it’s my understanding with a C you can basically drive box trucks and large passenger vans. To drive a school bus you have to have a class B with school bus endorsement, passenger endorsement and depending on your locality an air break endorsement. The test to drive a school bus is it’s own beast. It’s 3 parts. Pretrip, air brakes, and road trip. For the pretrip you have to know pretty much all of the major engine parts and all the parts to your brakes and suspension plus a lot of information on your tires. The road test there are several automatic failures and the air brakes are pass/fail. The pretrip you can miss 5 items in the state of Indiana. There is zero way you can prepare for the test in the manner in which she is trying to do it. 🤷♀️ I studied every free moment for a month, drove daily with a trainer, and was quizzed many times before I took my road test. Have to abide by the contract , which for sure doesn’t say that one is guaranteed to pass. In Russia, people accept bribes to facilitate things for them. Here in America, government administrators get paid a really good salary , and won’t risk their jobs by accepting them. Road tests are usually very difficult, and many fail. But people take them again and eventually pass.

I took driving lessons and my instructor was about 90 yrs old. He didn't know what he was doing! I think they want you to fail so you have to pay more.

My husband came from another country, and he had “driving school” they only had about 3 driving lessons. Anyways, if I did not teach him driving at home he would of never passed the test.

I feel sorry for this young lady, but I don't think it was the instructor's fault. She has very hard time explaining, very poor vocabulary, I think she couldn't comprehend the instructions. Of course it has nothing to do if you are a female, bcz in my country of origin, all people of all genders must passed the mechanical test too, to get a driver's license. It's not like here in the USA, you read some basic traffic rules and you are done.

I've read my daughter's driving license instruction book and it doesn't teach pretty much anything about how the car works. This is Sweden. What worried me is how many Swedish laws I'm constantly breaking because I was taught how to drive in the US. Moved here permanently 17-18 years ago and no cop has stopped me yet. Am I lucky or what?

My experience in college our mathematics teacher from India had an accent and the pronunciation of the mathematics language and Greek letters we the students didn’t understand. So we went to the office and had the teacher removed for on other teacher ..my wife had to pay take 6 extra driving lessons then pass her driver’s license.. I was more smart that after fail the first driving test, the second time I gave him a $5 bill in the car before driving out. He took the bribe, shoved it on the left shoulder under the shirt 👔 I knew right there I will pass, it was in 1975 I was 20 years old. Nobody passes the first time driving test.

How come when those dog trainers come there and the person says oh they didn't train my dog judge gives him a refund but when it's a woman getting a CDL she says oh you have to prove they didn't teach you ?
@damsbaug333 жыл бұрын
Because in a dog training contract, the end result is stated. That the dog will be able to perform certain tasks and respond to certain commands. There is no such line in driving school. The only promise is that they will teach you.

Always do your research on companies FIRST. I feel bad that she failed but I don't see how that's the defendant teachers fault. She should have taken the discounted price he offered after she failed.Hope she passes the upcoming one.

Based on what? Does that mean we can sue out teachers when we fail a class of any kind? Hard to prove it was due to their negligence vs. Her capability of learning. Plus burden of proof is on her. She should've gathered as much info as she could. PBP.
