I think the most inspiring thing about you (for me at least) is that you have a megastar cousin, but as far as I've seen, you don't use his name for your own success at all. I think 99% of people out there would throw OBJs name on their videos at least a few times for views, but you don't. I like how you put all of your stock into yourself and your own hard work. MR.SUPERBUFFALO Wings today I was able to do 50% sprints and I e gotten stronger but not fast due to this injury. I went when it first happened to X-ray a sprain. It's getting better but slow af even though I'm doing everything to get it better

There's nothing 'functional' about artificially restricting your air intake with that mask. In fact, it's the polar opposite of functional, because it doesn't carry over to improved performance without the mask, so you are reducing your work capacity needlessly.

Hey man, it's actually worse for your metabolism to eat only two meals a day. Your blood sugar goes through extremes when u eat and it causes less balance in your metabolism. Eating more often (ex: 5 small meals a day) keeps your blood sugar steady and allows your metabolism to work better. Of course this is if your trying to lose fat weight. Just a tip, that you probably already know lol. It's obviously harder to eat more often and I've struggled with that too -- not eating breakfast/just having a late lunch and dinner. I started just eating right when I woke up even if I wasn't hungry ( banana or protein bar) just to feel better and have more energy/balanced blood sugar. Obviously your daily calorie intake would not change, just the timing/frequency of your meals. Anyways that might help you cut down to 220! Keep it up!

parker macco I don't have a study, and I'm not saying your metabolism will speed up if you change your eating habits. But your metabolic profile would be balanced, your blood sugar would be balanced. You'd feel better throughout your day, and maybe exert more energy in your workouts/become more efficient. Food is fuel, and if you want to perform you need fuel. Wether it's in the gym at work or at school. I don't eat 5 meals a day, but I definitely don't wait till 1- 2pm for my first meal like I used to do.
