I picked up my new 5 seat MYLR last Friday. It has the new console and other recent upgrades. No new headlights but honestly the ones I have are amazing. I spent considerable time inspecting the car before taking delivery. The midnight silver paint is perfect. Zero problems with the paint . Fitting and specs of body panels also fantastic. I really couldn’t find anything to call out. The car is getting PPF and Ceramic as I write this. Doing calipers (yellow) and window tint next week. I’ve only driven the car 100 miles but so far it’s flawless. Tesla is making real progress on QC and overall quality. I’m impressed! So happy the car does so well in real world driving in snow and weather. Thanks for dropping this video, it is quite good.

Thank you for being specific about the size of the person who would be comfortable in that back row. Most folks have said it would be good for 'younger children', but if your younger kiddo is a 5'9" 12 year old, then they're the same size as an average adult. Our family of 6 is all under 5'7" so knowing that we'd all fit 'comfortably' in that back row has been a game changer. For comparison sake, it may be good to have a 5' and 6' person sit in that back row so we can see the difference? Thanks again!

I just completed a 13-day 4800 mile road trip from upstate New York to Texas, Florida, and back in my standard range model Y. For those who are range concerned, here are my observations: There are a few charging deserts along the Gulf Coast where the short range impacted the decisions about where we were going to go. And to be fair, that may be due to infrastructure gaps as much as range on the car. I have an early $2,500 reservation on a long range Y that I didn't exercise because after driving it I was thinking I might rather have the performance, the LRY is a fair amount slower than my long range 3, and feels a little bit heavy. Anyway, I'm amazed by how great this car is for 40k. You're probably only going to be slightly aware of its shortcomings, and then only on a long roadtrip. The car is super efficient and way over cautious with its charging advice, which means that you can save 10 or 15 minutes at superchargers by leaving before the car says you can. We were also able to ignore the "stay under 75 mph to reach your destination" warnings, at least when they came with more than 50% charge left. My order of "things missed" 48 amp ac charging would be nice. Faster supercharging. Lane change. (Not putting fsd on this car) Stop lights. Last, more range.

I'll throw in as a random opinion. I wouldn't for the Model Y. The range @85mph of the AWD is short enough I wouldn't go any shorter. The Model Y really needs another 10kW to get it to EPA 400 miles. At highway speed it loses a lot more range than the Model 3 and this would get it to the ~300 actual mile range it needs to be at for long distance trips.
