Read your turkey wrapper to make sure it isn’t already injected with brine/sodium or you’ll have a very salty Turkey! Thank you for the great tips, and happy thanksgiving!

Thank you! I also prefer the roux gravy method 😊. I used to make a very good dressing/stuffing recipe but the past few years I keep ruining it, burning it on the sides of the baking dish. Drives me crazy! I like it so that when you scoop it out it mostly held together. (Cubed and crushed crouton things together) I used to just make it without a recipe and it was excellent. Now I can’t remember arrrgh!

Cooking it breast side down for the first couple of hours, (depending on the size of it) ensures you will have the juicest turkey ever!
