Hello, thank you for the excellent video. I like your setup. You fixed those power supplies on the wood and then had a voltage and ampere meters for input and output. That is excellent and easy to understand. From what I understand, step up seems to give less current as the voltage increased. 12v 13a when you stepped it up it gave only 24v 6a. I don't have that kind of power supply, but I have power adapter 20v 4.5a and 19.5v 6.7a and if I use step up at the most it might give 3a am I right? My goal is to get 30v 15a. So please tell me how to achieve this? I want to run audio amplifier boards. Is it better to buy a power supply 48v 25a and use step-down to 30v 15a? Will that work? Or do I have to step up using some other module? Please advise.

Note tt boost converter are not efficient and they need proper cooling if exceeding 8A input. Since you are looking to power yr amplifier which need quick power on demand, using converter is not a good idea as power efficiency is poor. Get a proper PSU for yr amp without any conversion.

@@sneakyhoch thank you so much for the reply. It has been really hard getting 30v 15a power supply. Either they are too expensive or just don't work properly. Can you suggest a good power supply 30v 15a? What about step down from 48v 20a? Is that inefficient too? Please advise. Thanks

The heat sink on the opposite side is connected to the ground side. When the maximum voltage is generated, high voltage is applied to both heat sinks. Risk of electric shock and fire. あなたの使っている、 DC - DC 400W (Step Up) แปลงไฟจาก 8.5-40V เป็น 10-50V 基盤の裏を見てください。 違っているかもしれないが、 +出力端子と片側の放熱板が接続されている。 反対側の放熱板はアース側に接続されている。 最高電圧が発生してる時は両方の放熱板に高電圧が掛かっている。 感電と火災の危険がある。
