I bought a 90 GT in 93 with 14k miles on it for $10,500 from Rizza Ford in Chicago. Wild strawberry with grey leather and sunroof. Car was cherry. Only drawback was auto. Kept until daughter was born a year later. Sold instantly and got a 5.0 Cougar Xr7

You can get the best aftermarket aluminum heads for under 2k a set lol. There ain't gonna be no 4k head on this car.

@@gsxr1189 I pulled a 350ci head off in a 1976 Chevy Monte Carlo, because the rock arm stud was wore out, had it drilled and tapped for a new stud, replaced the head and drove the car, I did it for free because I was poor.

Crazy a few years ago these were 3 -5k now like u said over 10k back in HS we used to race these and a 94 SHO Taurus we never would have thought these cars would be worth something one day the SHO got totaled and fox body was chopped in half my a semi trailer all friends passed away

The manual still has more power than automatics the auto soaks up more power on the dyno. How much power it puts down doesn't equate to being faster though. In those days the manual was absolutely faster stock vs stock assuming driver mod.

I brought a brand new 1990 5.0, 5 speed, that baby was fast. People have to understand, when you bye a used car, ALWAYS bye new spark plugs wires, clean that throttle body out, and make it your car, then you good to go, that's a nice hot rod to have on the side, I like that Ford Sound, Nick.🏁🍺💯

Nice starter care definitely had the wrong seats in it for a 90 they went to little headrest 90-93, rear bottom seat is correct for 90 upper and fronts are wrong. But these cars bring good money not bad price for a project

It was the code name for the chassis starting in 1979 and running thru 1993. Several cars also had the fox platform as well. T-Bird, Fairmont, LTD....they also broke the Mustang down by 4 eyed or aero nose (which this one is the aero nose). Hope that helps.
