The fix for the odometer is to remove the cluster & re-touch the solder connections on the circuit board. Did mine when my SS was on a year old, perfect ever since.

I have this same yr SS, got it a couple yrs back with 59 thousand miles on it, all original. Didn't do anything to it other than a tune up and some new tires. I wanted this car ever since it came out, took me 20 yrs to find it in perfect condition.🏁🏁🏁

The dash and speedo issues happen on these when there is a wiring issue. IE Something stereo related. I have one with a system and it does the same thing - at least until I rewired it. Also could be an easy ecm fix.

I love these old bubbles friend of mine had one. It ran strong once it got up on the power you could tell It needed a gear. 50 in 1st. those R fours had a deep first gear so I couldn't imagine what the rear end ratio is.

That dam optispark on the LT1. I'll never understand what gm Was thinking . Pal of mine had a z28 he modded but was always having issues with that trash replaced a bunch of times. This is a good car a little TLC will make it a good driver.

Just watched a video yesterday of a kid running from the cops at super high speeds in this exact same model and color. Spoiler Alert: He crashed it Search YT "Tesla RAMMED a Police Charger. Cop uses SPIKES and chases a 1995 Caprice" It says caprice but it was a SS. It starts about half way thru after the Tesla chase.

I remember when the Maryland state police in 95 had them and they did not like them because of the ABS braking system, for they could not do there tricks with there quick turn arounds because of the ABS, so they got rid of them in 1.5 years, but other people did like them because they were a nice family cars with a nice 454 with lots of power under the hood. Well the price is ok if you had a Police interceptor with a 454. But I think the price is just OK for this Impala. .Well a little history never hertz anyone.

The nice Impala looks like mine I had my engine rebuilt the original 1 you know with upgrades internally I wanted it to last me another 20-plus years I want to do the torque it set up on the ignition system with coils you know whoever knows about it you know what I'm talking about it is a 90s car so they do need things here and there

I have seen chips in paint like this before..people call it drifting..Been more sand and gravel thrown at this ride than you can imagine..check the joints if they are not new they will need to be soon..check rear axle fluid and gears..after people do a car like this it just does not turn out good..

$15,900? No way I would pay more than $7,000. Way too many issues with this thing, which is such a disappointment. I loved these 90s Impalas....my father almost bought one in 1996 but opted for a 3000GT instead. I can tell you which one had the better resale value though!

Keep up the good work but with major electric problem due to the mileage once you hit the bass at full max you have a chance of shorting out ever fuse and with out a horn worthless in a parking lot..8,000 max..love these videos love to go there in person...Sorry just stating fact
