Those CH Mack’s were really good trucks. The E7 engines really run good and are dependable. Makes a perfect RV otter.

Hi Carl, Thanks for taking the time to share you knowledge of these particular engines. Isn't it amazing the pre-emissions engines are so reliable and efficient? Gregg

Interesting to see one that old. Not really sure why somebody would want a tractor with not one, not two, but three bunks. Love the video

Hi Kevin, The forward "berth" is actually pretty darn small. It is mostly storage up there. Thanks for watching and commenting on my video! Is there anything else you would like to see in future videos? Thanks, Ggg

Great video. You always ask about what people would like to see. I like all of your videos, but really like the series that you did with the Volvo rep when you talked about new Volvo with all of the options. I would like to see another start to finish build of a brand new truck or a used one. Those videos are great. Chuck

Hi Chuck, Excellent suggestions! Thanks for taking the time to let me know what would be interesting. The manufacturers are always changing and upgrading the available systems and options. I have just been working on a 4 video series on a 2022 Kenworth build we have here in the yard right now! This time I am taking you into the Kenworth Dealership, and we are talking about the KW options that are ideal for our RHauler builds. AND AND I am showing you the resultant truck we custom ordered! I know, I know, I haven't finished editing and crafting these videos yet, but my customer builds come first. I am also working on a new video series right now following the start to end build of the RVHauler named RUBY. I promise - they are coming! Thanks for your support of the channel and for following me! Gregg

YES YES! Hey mom look! I got an A+. Now I am going to shoot for a gold star on my next test. Maybe I am dating myself a bit too much, but I liked the gold star stickers on my tests when I did good. Thanks for the fun feedback! Ggg

Hi Mercury Blues - This RVHauler was used by a Canadian fellow, and he was quoting Canadian gallons. Great clarifying question - I appreciate you taking a moment to comment and ask. Thanks, Gregg

Looks pretty faded out. The water tank in the back isn’t too appealing. 200 gallons X $5 = about $2K. Yikes!

Fuel prices are scary but that’s better mileage than most pickups can do plus a non emission engine!

Hi DJ, Regarding fuel... I always train my RVHaulers customers, and part of those days of training include filling up the fuel tanks. I always smile when I watch my customers first experience of looking at the gas pump total go up, and up and up (as you have alluded to). Usually my customers have never seen a total that high on a fuel pump!! But I would like to share with you some interesting perspectives. Lets assume this RVHauler gets the same fuel mileage as your pickup (lets pick 10 MPG to be safe). Quite often my RVHaulers are more fuel efficient than pickups, but lets make an assumption they are the same, to make my math easy. Now, you and I are going to road-trip and go on a fun-filled 1000 mile trip - you towing with your pickup, me with an RVHauler. THE NET RESULT - We have both used 100 gallons of fuel. It cost us the same to get to the destination - I just bought all the fuel up-front for this trip. The RVHauler filled up once. We advance-planned this fill-up location. We bought fuel where it was the cheapest. We even bought fuel in a state where the prices were the cheapest (we planned with gasbuddy or such similar phone application). You likely filled up a quite a few times on the trip. Maybe more often that you would prefer? Maybe not. At times on our route you likely looked at the distances to the next fuel station, and thought "I better fill up here RIGHT NOW, I'm not sure I can make it to the next one beyond". I know that feeling of watching the fuel gauge drop and drop and wondering if I am going to make it! Maybe you filled up at some expensive stations - but you had to. We both bought the same amount of fuel to "get there" in the end. Some people like the stress-free benefits of having thousands of miles of fuel on-board an RVHauler. Some people like the idea of buying the cheapest fuel on the route to save money on our travel expenses. Thanks for your thoughts. I agree taking off the "custom" storage "system" would be one of my suggestions too! Thanks for your great comments, and for taking the time to watch my video! Ggg
