I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am that this car actually exists now and is in the hands of consumers. It looks fantastic and I am hoping it will sell well across the world. Me personally, I own a Kia EV6 GT but I still love the Fisker Ocean.

The Fisker Ocean is manufactured by Magna in Austria. They also build cars like the Mercedes G Wagon and (I think) the BMW X6.

Yes, please do all of these!! I have just shortlisted this Fisker and from what I see by now, it might be my next car. I really hope it can do a minimum range of 300 km at 130 km/h. I drive often via Germany and this is a must for me. Does it have a heat pump?

Thanks for the review. I have the Ocean Ultra reserved. I had heard that the hood can't be accessed. Are you able to get to the 12 volt battery? The reason that I ask is that some BEV owners of other manufacturers have had issues with these.

Love it ... at 8:00 I look closely at the panels of your doors and rest of the car body, no visible panel gap issues. It looks really great. Again, congratulations with your brand-new Fisker Ocean suv. When I look at my Tesla both the X and the 3, both have panel gap issues. Once seen, they cannot be unseen. :) If Fisker will make a bigger electric SUV, I may trade in my X.

Thanks Daniel - great to see the Ocean in the open & many congrats! Can you please let us know if you've driven it on the highway in the rain? There's no rear windscreen wiper so I'm keen to know if the rear camera stays clean during a long journey at 100kph +. Am from the UK with a deposit on an Extreme but won't convert it to a full order until I'm convinced I can see what's happening behind me in bad weather - which happens a lot here!

130? Here in Canada, all of our highways max out at 100km. 130 gets you a ticket, and probably a spot on the news😂. I think 110 to 115 is the more universal speed for efficiency. Just like 0-100 is for speed.

Great review. I was giving up on the Ocean but you are changing my mind. I have a few questions. What is the height is the opening in the boot (asking for two German Shepherds!), how deep is the area under the boot if I wanted to lower the floor? Also does it pre heat the battery on the way to the charger.

I wonder how much it depends on the road surface. My Enyaq is dead quiet on the new motorways, but I hear every change in surface.. (and then my brain learn to ignore new sound pattern in 3 minutes, then rinse and repeat)

at 1:08 I love the electronic wide-angle rear-view feature with the rear mirror. at 1:50 I also love that Fisker has the Ocean comes with a nice head-up display. at 8:39, love the retractable door handles. My wife's friend had her nails done and could not open the door of my wife's 3 due to the door handle design. This Fisker does not have that issue since the door handles are retractable and easiler to insert fingers through and pull the doors open this way. My wife's Model 3 should have come with these features. Congrats on your new FISKER OCEAN suv. Time to kill all the gasoline cars.

I did not. At the moment there is a 500 counter. I do not know if it is total 500, or untill it get a service or if you need to OTA buy more. I have not asked Fisker yet as I will never spend the 500 since the average person will use it 5-10 times I assume.

That is a very kool looking car however, if you took the badges off it and asked me what it was, I would say it was a lowered and lightly customised Range Rover Evoque; at first glance. Do you not find the screens a bit intrusive at night? I live in a country village in Yorkshire UK and at night it is quite dark here. A large bright screen and a smaller one too would be too much around here. I tried this theory out by placing my Galaxy Tablet in the centre of my dashboard on my Nissan Juke at night and it must have cut out at least a 3rd of my night vision. If the price was in the 20K's I would be interested, but like most EV's they are out priced for persons such as myself on a lower income. It's a real shame because I love the style and design ethos of Fisker in general.
