I have both. Im more of a rookie though. Id take the 300 over the 350 any day. the 350 flames out on me to much. Ive had the 300 longer so it could be that I am more used to it. I love the 300 and is my go to bike. I will end up selling the 350. That being said, If I rode wide open non technical trails I may like the 350 more, but my riding is more in tight technical woodsy trails.

It’s only lowered 10 mm

Is it true the husky’s are 10mm lower standover height than the Ktm bikes?

Yes the Husky’s are 1/2 inch lower than it’s comparable KTM model.

I’ve been wanting a TX 300 for awhile, It’s my dream bike. Did they relocate the oil reservoir for the gas on the 2023? It used to be between the bar pad and gas tank in the frame. I don’t see it there in this vid.

There is no oil tank, TBI bikes are premixed.

Its a TBI....mixed gas again, no more oil resevoir or oil pump. I think it is the future for all these bikes.

Does the added weight make the bike feel more planted and stable? Especially in square edge bumps?

@@mxgryan the new frame, EFI, Battery, electric start. I know the 125 SX 2023 is now 204 lb's, last year was 194 lb's. I checked Husqvarna's website and there was no listing for the TX300. But it probably did go up on weight, the TC250 2023 was listed as 219 lb's. Just saying the added weight of kept low and centered does help the bike track better and be a little more stable. I always felt that going from a 125 to a 250 2 stroke the 250 would track straighter when braking into turns, where the 125 would chatter a bit side to side ( YAW ) and deflect, and that's teaching both bikes at the same race.

Ah, I can't really say because I haven't spent much time on the carbed motocross 2 strokes, but the TX300 bikes didn't get any heavier. No external oil pump, oil tank, fuel lines, etc. But I agree, the weight on the mx bikes may actually make it feel better!

@@mxgryan that's a plus of the TX300 weight is the same. If you didn't spend much time with carbureted 2 strokes will be your advantage. You will adapt to the new EFI 2 strokes with no comparing it to carbs. The TX did sound awesome tho. Enjoy it!
