When I was a kid, my mother jumped both feet in, and bought an expensive wheel and a kiln, made about 10 beautiful projects, then found out she was allergic to clay. But I loved fooling around with it, and I still have the things I made, after 37 yrs! Nice job, btw!

they look great! even as a ceramic student to me wheel-throwing is so hard. I just hope those pots could stay as far away as possible from water.. the pots were not fired so they're not "cured" and simply a dried clay! or you can see if there are pottery studios around you where you can rent a kiln (they usually charge according to the dimensions)

I like that you are venturing out from just makeup. I always wondered whether this cheapy wheel would even work from the first time I saw one in Micheals. I would very much like to see other craftsy try-its from you. Keep up the good work, I really enjoy your videos.

Thanks, this vid is really useful! I’m considering getting a cheap wheel for making dollhouse mini pots, and I am glad to see what they are really like. I saw a lot of complaints about how these wheels can’t take pressure, so I’m glad to see that it’s still possible to make something decent with them

Ppl are always selling and you can look up pottery clubs and studios that offer use for monthly fee/membership.
