My go to party food (that I actually stole from my dad) is stuffed jalapenos. You cut the peppers in half lengthwise, scoop out the seeds, and fill them with a mixture of ground Italian sausage (1 pound cooked and drained), 1 cup grated parmesan cheese, and 1 block of room temperature cream cheese, then bake at 425° F (or whatever the Celsius equivalent is if that's what you use) for about 25 minutes or until the cheese is browned slightly and the peppers are soft. My husband and I also love adding 1 cup of cheddar cheese to the mixture sometimes too.

When talking about a "dry" hand, they mean use that hand for dry ingredients. For example: 1: use RIGHT hand for flour, 2: use RIGHT hand to put in egg/wet ingredients, 3: use LEFT-hand hand to mix in the wet, 4: use LEFT hand to put in breading, 5: use RIGHT hand to mix in breading, 6: use RIGHT hand to put back in the wet, 7: mix with LEFT-hand, 8: use LEFT hand to transfer back to breading, 9: use RIGHT hand to mix in breading. Doing this make your hands not look like it is about to be part of the recipe 😆 I hope this helps!

YAAAASSSSS!!!! You use a Wok to fry stuff too!!!! I’ve actually made these before... 1) use Less Meat (if you can see any meat Above the onion, there’s too much. 2) cut the cheese into Thinner squares 3) keep them in a 250* oven, that’ll help the meat to finish cooking without burning the whole thing I add spinach in with my ground meats...I use a mix of Turkey & Mild Sausage. The S’mores....if you put the Big marshmallows on their Sides, or cut them in half, they Melt much easier.

My go-to is also a artichoke dip that’s heavy on the garlic! It’s so quick and easy and ALWAYS a crowd pleaser- you just mix 1/2 cup mayo (real mayo), half cup grated parm, diced up can of artichoke hearts and diced up few cloves of garlic (like 3-4 ish). Mix it all together, bake at around 400 degrees for about thirty mins or until the top starts getting golden and the sides are bubbly. Serve with baguette, crackers, or veggies for dipping 🤤
