⚠⚠⚠POSSIBLE FIX FOR YOUR FPS LAG ⚠⚠⚠ Dear Alois, I know you might not read this but here it goes anyway. I had a similar problem with my FPS the last couple of patches and I figured out a solution for it. Now I don't watch your streams, only youtube so I'm not sure if this has been brought up yet. Anyway I figured out that my fps would locked at 144 and would bounce up and down but still feel laggy if I had some sort of overlay thing over the game, for me this overlay was when I paused my spotify music (the windows pop up that tells you that a specific song has been paused), a simple fix for me was tabbing in and out and it would solve it pretty much istantly. Now I don't know how you set up your stream, but I would find it likely that the issue stems from you having an overlay over your leauge hence why your fps gets locked. If this is your issue I don't know how it could be fixed from here tbh since you probably want to keep streaming, a solution might be to prioritise it in NVIDIA control pannel?. But in reality I might have had a completely seperate issue. Anyway hope this hasn't been said already and it might be usefull P.S Fundamental maxxing

Had a similar issue previously, locking my fps and had severe drops for literally no reason. Enabling and disabling V-sync and aswell changing from fullscreen to borderless then back to fullscreen, fixing the issue. Haven't had that problem for a while.

@@isoldmymumforrp5371 Does Alois even have a 240 hz monitor? I couldn't find any information on his setup, but if he doesn't, he should lock his fps to whatever his refresh rate is. I also noticed the fps started dropping the second minions started fighting, and he said when he isn't streaming its not a problem, which makes me think maybe there is some component in his pc which isn't strong enough to run the game and record/stream. I had to cap my frames in Valorant after I got my new pc. It was trying to run at 600fps, but it would drop to 400 when a lot was going on, and the massive dips and rises made the game feel worse than playing at 60.

@@straco1849 idk if he has, everytime he drops to like 160ish he cries about low fps. It obviously doesnt "lag" but it feels laggy, therefore i guess his monitor is 240hz. Mine is, and i can tell from my perspective since i have the same stupid problem like him: if i go to like 160-180 spiking instead of my 240, it feels like its 15fps. Its weird to explain. Its only in league, just like for him. Every other game works as it should.

Hi Alois! Just wanted to let you know that, for the most part, the guy who popularized this build says to always go Malignance second as lane Gwen (lower ULT CD for side lane plays and helps with mana.) He says to go Rabadons second if you're Gwen Jungle. Good video boss!

@AloisNL, your FPS issue might be caused by dual monitor setup. Ideally you would have a dual pc setup for gaming & streaming respectively. If you are running a dual monitor setup, issues might be caused by: -Borderless vs Fullscreen and alt-tabbing in and out - Fullscreen should work best. -Driver issues - go to Device manager -> reinstall/update all monitor devices -Cable issues - depending on either DisplayPort or HDMI, it might just be a bad cable, consider testing with new ones.

Try rageblade on gwen, it makes you get 4 stacks of snip snip in 3 hits, and the phantom hit applies both thousand cuts damage and skip and slash damage, I tested it in practice tool and nashors, riftmaker, rageblade gives much more dps than nashors, rift rabadons, and then nashors rabadons rageblade gives you like 600+ dps with autos, and it sounds weird but terminus is really good with this build too, since it’s mainly aa based, the AD on hit from it and rageblade along with the ap on hit from nashors and your kit along with the armour and Mr shred from terminus makes you a mixed damage monster, which also synergizes with the omnivamp from riftmaker to give you better survivability in a fight

You actually still have 1shot dmg with other boots e.g., steelcaps. Penetration is a fairly weak stat on Gwen. For example, if you buy sorc shoes, you only get 30 extra dps, even if they have 80mr, which is about 1 mr item for most people.

Hey, maybe try capping your FPS in League itself! It bounces around 220 to 140 FPS, so maybe try setting it to either 140 FPS or even 60 FPS (but probably 140 then) and see if that does the trick. Could be something entirely different like your OBS eating too much resources, because it streams, records AND you play a game. No idea though

Alois ur fps issues come from ur processor try having ur pc cleaned and change the thermal paste(no one remembers but it should be changed at least every year or 2). I assume it’s the processor because as u say it tends to happen more during streams which is a heavy load on the processor. Alternatively try checking which part (processor or gpu) is encoding ur streams. If it’s not then vence encoder try changing it to that. Other thing that’s suggest that the problem is with ur processor is that the pc tends to have the stutters and fps drops more when more characters are on screen.

You need to do a full reset of Windows, not just the "keep your apps and programs" reset. You'll have to set your setup again, which will be a pain in the ass, but it'll fix your issues.
