Fun video! 😊 The chocolate hand does work under the right temperature. We had a bakery down the road which used to do this years back. The melted chocolate needs to be super super hot (hence the need for icing your hand before your pour on hot chocolate.) I’d say it’s irresponsible of 5 Minute Crafts to post that without a warning. That channel (and its sister channels) are all so dangerous!

It's super easy! You just put a thin layer of icing all over your cake and try to fill up any gaps. Then smooth it out and go on with your thicker final coat of icing. It helps to also pop your cake in the fridge after the crumb coat to help it set more!
