Mine works better when i Ignite the burner's first and get all the air out of the lines, then the on demand hot water heater ignites fairly fast and you'll have water hotter than you can stand in about 10 to 15 seconds with that far left heat adjustment knob in the 12:00 position. Anything past that will burn you, or at least on mine anyways : ) I definitely agree with being in a hurry! I did buy some chip clips from Ben though 😂 I can tell you this your grill bottle will run low on propane before the steam table will because the boiled water maintains 140+ for a really long time

How big a water tank u got ? And do I need a water heater or just the pump?

You will have to check with your local county/city health department or licensing office to see what they require you to have on your cart. Mine requires a water heater and a minimum 5 gallon water tank and 7 gallon waste tank.

My big dawg has space behind the blue jug for a 12v deep cycle like that goes in a golf cart or boat. Plenty of juice for keeping a cell phone charged and an inverter or anything else. :) The weather killed my water heater so I had to get another off ebay. If you ever need one search ebay for " condiment

Did you get a charger for the battery with the cart? Assume that old battery was more than 4-5yrs old if it won't take a charge anymore. Amazon and eBay also good sources for those batteries.
